  8. WinPool/FB is distributed as User-Supported Software.  You are free to
  9. copy and distribute this software freely, however, if you find this 
  10. program of use to you, you are ENCOURAGED (read REQUIRED) to register
  11. your copy.  Registering your copy of this program will do wonders for
  12. your conscience, as well as encouraging the authors to continue
  13. providing software at reasonable prices.
